Chickpea "nuts"

Chickpeas are healthy and if you prepare them with the recipe below, they will make a perfect and tasty alternative for cocktail nuts. I hope you’ll enjoy them as much as we do!

Ingredients
Canned chickpeas
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Salt
Herbs de Provence

Recipe
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Drain the chickpeas and then rinse with water. When dried you can put them in a bowl and add the oil and spices to taste. Mix the ingredients before you spread them on a baking tray. Now you can put them in the oven for 45 minutes and stir once in a while. They’ll shrink to about 60% of their original size.
You can experiment with all kinds of different seasoning. But personally I like them most with garlic.
